To showcase our products in the best way possible, we travel across Italy and around the world. Every weekend, you'll find us in different town squares, offering tastings of our products, and we also participate in international fairs outside of Italy and Europe.
Historical pastry shop
Onorato Pollo has a long-standing business in the town of Borgo Vercelli. The patisserie, housed in a historic building with a small tower, still uses antique machinery that remains operational to this day.
Our business has been passed down from generation to generation, always maintaining the highest quality of products and a strong commitment to authentic traditions.
The authentic Zabaglione
Our crowning glory is the Zabaione, made following the historic family recipe, with the perfect balance of Marsala, sugar, and eggs. Additionally, in our shop, you can find other jars filled with traditional Piedmontese sweets. All our leavened products are prepared following the key notes from family manuscripts and recipe books, while being innovated daily. The yeast used is a sourdough starter passed down through generations, and our ancient wood-fired oven is fuelled by wood sourced from the family’s coppice.
Events and ceremonies
Onorato Pollo is also very active in the local area, which is why we provide high-quality catering services for weddings, ceremonies, university conferences, and other events. On these occasions, we dedicate ourselves with passion and professionalism to the preparation of food, using only fresh and quality ingredients. Each dish is crafted with meticulous attention to detail to ensure a unique and unforgettable culinary experience for all guests.
