Ours is an artisanal patisserie that creates sweets, pastries, cakes, colombe, panettone, and zabaglione. We produce high-quality patisserie in all its forms and in an artisanal manner.
Fresh pastries, panettone and zabaglione in jars
For all our creations, we use only quality raw materials and ingredients. We produce both fresh and dry patisserie, bunet, colombe, panettone, zabibbo, and zabaglione in jars. We were the first to believe in the idea of bringing zabaglione in a jar to market; we work with craftsmanship while always preserving the flavours of the past, providing our customers with a quality product that truly represents the zabaglione that grandmothers used to make.
Bagna càuda
In recent years, we have also specialised in savoury patisserie, offering focaccia, savoury pastries, and bagna càuda in jars, ideal for aperitifs and buffets. Our savoury patisserie is characterised by the use of fresh ingredients, ensuring a unique and authentic flavour.
